As a satellite event of Tallinn Design Festival, SOFTacademy brings the spirit of “Design for All” to Mustamäe: together with local residents, we will design and renovate the very first micro-district in Mustamäe, Tallinn. The four apartment buildings on Akadeemia Road and their courtyards will be transformed into inclusive, beautiful, and sustainable spaces in line with the principles of the New European Bauhaus.
For one evening, the courtyards will also turn into an open-air cinema, featuring classics of Estonian animation and honoring Heino Pars, who once lived here.
