Telliskivi Creative City has a new wing with a reed façade – one of Estonia's oldest building materials, reimagined for today. Behind it, Stella Soomlais and Reet Aus share a shop, joined by guests Patrick Soome, Maarit Pöör, Tarmo Luisk and Cervo Volante.
Architect Margit Aule (LUMIA) and Telliskivi Creative City as its client introduce the project: why reed; how the material performs in the city; how people respond to it; what sun and weather do to it over decades; and what it took to build.
