In Estonia, large-scale outdoor sculpture and material art have survived and developed largely thanks to percentage art and commissioned works. KOOS gallery's corresponding outdoor gallery creates the prerequisites that material art can express itself freely and the observer can relate without being forced.
The purpose of the outdoor gallery is to create a fundamental platform for sculptors to present and introduce large-format works and to bring outdoor sculpture into focus.
